Returns & Exchanges

At MyCozyBoots, we want your feet to stay warm and happy; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your boots within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the boots in their original shoebox and pack them into a shipping mailer, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
